Job Overview And Responsibility

Build, validate, and maintain Operations Research (OR) and/or AI( Machine Learning (ML) /Deep learning), models using our in-house solution - H2O AI.
Provide quantitative research and analysis for identifying new business opportunities
Synthesize findings, prepare presentations and assist in presenting findings to all levels of management
Provide framework/methodology for measurement and feedback mechanism for models Manage analytical projects/initiatives of complex scale
Provide thought the leadership on methodologies and analytical roadmaps
Ability to mentor data scientists and interns Collaborate within the team and outside the team to solve complex problemsF

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, management experience at agencies in the same positions (prefer ideally having relationship with brands and agencies) - Excellent ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. - Proven track record in sales, increasing revenue, business development and winning new business. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from cold approach to deal closing. - Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. - Proven ability to position products against competitors. - Strong understanding of the Digital marketing industry. - Fluent in English as it relates to the advertising field.
